Please join Baseball for Babies & Children's National Medical Center during the game to "Bring More Babies Home"!
It is with great pleasure that Baseball for Babies announces the newly formed Joseph Elliot Oliva Surgery Fund for patient care, medical education and academic investigation in the area of prenatal and neonatal medicine at Children’s National Medical Center. The second child of Mary & Elliott Oliva, died at 32 weeks in utero after a battle with CPAM during gestation. Baseball for Babies is honored to remember Joseph Elliott Oliva with this fund at Children’s National. Baseball for Babies is an organization whose mission is simple. This mission is about leaving a legacy - one baby at a time, that we wish we could have back. One baby you wish you could help survive prematurity is our focus. Baseball for Babies was founded in Loving Memory of McKenzie Reese Sinisi in 2008. Joseph and McKenzie are second cousins and are always in the heart of the family who runs Baseball for Babies and why they continue to strive to support those that bring babies home! Let's Play Ball & Support this great effort by buying tickets and coming to the game or donating your ticket to a kid in need! 100% of every dollar raised goes to saving babies and supporting the doctors and innovation that make this possible. All proceeds from this event will benefit Children’s National Medical Center in Loving Memory of Joseph Elliot Oliva. |
